Our approach is focused on understanding and responding to what you require, providing effective and practical solutions. A higher ed client initially hired us to write a few grants, but it quickly became apparent that the college needed a process for pre and post award.

How we build capacity

We worked with the college president and leaders to create a customized pre-award process for grant seeking strategies. This included recommending a CRM and grant management cloud-based tool, and developing templates for the College to create concepts that we could turn into grant proposals and strategic donor materials.
